We welcome all volunteers to share their experience or learn new skills and assist our staff and students!

Skill Sharing​

• Come as your are​, we will find the best way for you to assist us with your skills

• Learn from us as we pass down our skills to you while you volunteer

• Groups or individual, bring your previous experience to share for us to learn something new

​

Studio Support

• Help staff prepare, set up, or assist with projects for students

• Help staff warp looms and troubleshoot weaving issues

• Finishing and tagging products

• Displaying the finished products in an organized yet creative way for the shopping area

​

Event Support​

• Sales planning, set up, moderating, and clean up for our quarterly sales at the studio

• Planning fun and educational field trips

• Large scale events (fashion show) to small fun activities (studio party or potlucks)

​

Media Support​

• Promoting Threadbender Textiles on social media- Facebook and Instagram

• Managing and updating the main website

• Finding ways new and effective for out reach and public exposure 

​

Student Support

• Be a positive force for our students during their day at the studio

​
